How does the trailer rental work?
The pickup in 4100 Ottensheim, including trailer rental, is available for all products with a maximum length of 4.20 meters. There are two trailers available:

During the purchase process, you can choose a preferred date for the trailer rental under the section "Payment & Shipping." The trailer can be rented earliest 2 days after the completed order. Rental on weekends is not possible.
To avoid overlaps in trailer rentals, you must provide your phone number. An SECA employee will get in touch with you to confirm the preferred date or potentially arrange a new date.
Small trailer:
- Usable with driver's license class B
- Load capacity up to max. 750kg
- Max. permissible total weight of vehicle (car) 2.5t
Large trailer:
- Usable with driver's license class BE and C
- Load capacity up to max. 1000kg

The shipment is delivered from the factory to the recipient's curb. With standard freight forwarding, the drivers are not obligated to assist our customers in storing the goods. Additional assistance is at the discretion of the freight forwarding staff. For this reason, we recommend that at least 2 people are present on-site during delivery.

What if I wasn't at home during the delivery?
If you weren't at home during the delivery of your package, there are two possibilities:
- For deliveries by freight forwarding, you will be informed in advance of the delivery. If no one is present to accept the goods despite a scheduled delivery appointment, any further delivery attempts will be charged to the customer.
- For deliveries by a parcel service, a second delivery attempt will be made if you were not present during the first attempt.
What if the goods are damaged?
Despite optimal preparation, it's possible that the goods may be damaged upon arrival or an incorrect quantity may have been delivered. Please inspect the goods upon arrival and note any damages on the freight forwarding's delivery receipt. Have the driver sign off on this (with their signature and vehicle identification) to facilitate potential insurance claims more quickly and easily.
